Oliver was previously Partner and Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Hakluyt, a global strategic advisory firm. Oliver also worked at Goldman Sachs. Before that, Oliver held senior leadership roles in the Cabinet Office, HM Treasury, No.10 Downing Street. He was also Second Permanent Secretary in the Home Office, and Permanent Secretary in the Department for Exiting the European Union.
