Mark Rawlinson joined the Ministry of Justice as a Lead Non-Executive Board Member on 4 June 2018. His term of office following reappointment concludes on 3 March 2026. Mark has over 30 years of commercial experience as an adviser - since 2016 as Chairman of UK Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley (retiring at the end of November 2021) and prior to that as corporate partner for 25 years at international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was regarded as one of the leading M&A lawyers worldwide, as well as holding senior management positions.
