Chantel Kelly joined the Insolvency Service on 26th April 2021, previously working within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for 26 years in various finance roles. These roles included leading teams on Benefit Accounting, Cash Management and Estates Finance. During the pandemic Chantel worked in the DWP Financial Control Team supporting various initiatives including ensuring clinically vulnerable DWP customers, without access to bank accounts, received their entitlements safely.
