Non-Executive Director and Board Member
Ady Dike was appointed to the Agency Board in February 2021. She is an enterprise agile architect and executive coach who supports leaders to align and execute strategy in line with organisational goals. Ady has a doctorate in agility transformations and over two decades’ experience in strategic, operational and portfolio management. She has a track record of delivering organisational change and overseeing high value programmes of work in the digital and data space and her earlier roles include: Trustee, MS Society; Trustee, Parkinson’s Africa; Non-Executive Director, Agile Practitioners of Nigeria; Director of Quality at Addaction and Head of Governance in the NHS at Newham and Barking CCGs.
