Kate Bell is Assistant General Secretary at the TUC , responsible for inter-union relations and leads on TUC internal matters. Kate joined the TUC in 2016 as the organisation’s head of economics, international and employment rights. She played a leading role in representing the views of working people during the pandemic. Before working in the TUC , Kate worked as Head of Policy and Public Affairs for a local authority and has also worked for the charities Child Poverty Action Group and Gingerbread.
