Claire Flint

Claire Flint is an experienced Non-executive Director, and Remuneration Committee Chair with particular interest in strategy formulation and implementation and organisational change. She is passionate about organisational purpose, engagement and brand. She is currently Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at AWE. She is Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Non-executive Director and Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee at the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA). She was previously Human Resources and Brand Director for Oxford Instruments plc, a leading nanotechnology tools provider. Before that she worked for Diageo plc, Bass Brewing and the National Westminster Bank in a variety of Human Resources roles. She has worked internationally in a number of her positions. Claire has a BA in history from London University and has a post graduate diploma in labour studies.
