Caroline Dulon
Regional Director, London and South East
Caroline Dulon took up her post as Regional Director, London and South East on 2 September 2024. Before that, Caroline was Regional Director, London from June 2022 and a senior HMI and Assistant Regional Director in the South West of England. Caroline joined Ofsted as one of His Majesty’s Inspectors in 2015. Before that she was headteacher of a large primary school, held several leadership roles in a range of schools and facilitated programmes to develop leaders.
