Dr Samantha Milton was appointed Head of High Cost Civil Complex Cases in April 2021. She joined the Legal Aid Agency ( LAA ) in March 2017 as Head of the Public Defender Service. Before joining the LAA , Samantha was Head of Feedback and Decision Making at the Department for Work and Pensions. Samantha has previously worked for the Ministry of Justice, Department for Business and Home Office.
