Chief Digital and Information Officer
Helen was appointed interim Chief Digital and Information Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions in November 2024. Helen joined DWP in 2018. Before that, she worked in a variety of technology and digital delivery roles in organisations including the Bank of England, Experian and TNT Post Group. Prior to taking the CDIO role, Helen was Digital Group’s Chief Technology Officer and Director of the Strategic Delivery Unit, where she was heavily involved in DWP’s broader service modernisation agenda which is shaping the organisation of the future Helen is people focused and passionate about the immense potential we all have to improve the services we offer and make a real positive difference to the day to day lives of so many people.
