Jan is an experienced Transformation Director and Chief Information Officer, having worked for PZ Cussons (a multi-national FTSE 250 company) as a member of the executive leadership team. Jan was accountable for defining and ensuring the delivery of a strategic transformation programme, cybersecurity and digital technology across the UK, Africa, Asia and the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ). She has also delivered large commercial and technology transformation programmes for Yodel, easyJet and KPMG. Prior to this, she was the chair of North West Shared Infrastructure Services and Chief Information Officer within the NHS; and worked for British Airways, including Head of IT and change programmes and member of the executive leadership team of Subsidiaries.
