Janet Ashdown
Non-executive Director
Janet is the Senior Non-Executive Member of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) Board. She also chairs the NDA Health, Safety, Security and Environment Committee and the Sustainability and Governance Committee. Janet worked for BP plc for over 30 years, holding a number of local and global positions in fuel supply, manufacturing, oil trading and retail marketing. She was a senior leader in BP, running BP’s UK retail and commercial fuel business in her last role. Until the end of 2012, Janet was Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Energy Ltd. Janet is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Victrex plc, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Corporate Sustainability and Remuneration Committees at RHI - Magnesita NV and is a Non-Executive Director at Stolt Nielsen.
