Non-Executive Director and Board Member
Jonathan Chapman was appointed to the Agency Board in January 2024. He is a senior internal audit strategy and change advisor. Over the last two decades he has held a number of senior management roles in internal audit in the financial services sector, as well as spending time in academia. He is now operating as a non-executive director and consultant specialising in risk and internal audit transformation, including writing and presenting publicly on a range of internal audit topics. He is currently Deputy Chair and Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committee Chair at Staffordshire University.
