Jonathan began his civil service career 33 years ago in the Health and Safety Executive. He joined the VOA as Chief People Officer in 2018. Previous roles include working in policy, leading on both primary and secondary legislation, working in the Secretary of State’s Private Office and international work at European Union and United Nations level. His most recent role prior to the VOA was Director for HR Services at DWP. Before his career in the Civil Service, he worked in agriculture and related industries.
