Neil Holland was appointed Head of the United Kingdom’s Delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in May 2023. Neil Holland is a career diplomat. Previously he was Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe, Director of Protocol and Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, and had roles at the British embassies in Dublin, Washington DC and Berlin.
