Non-Executive Director
Rommel Moseley joined the HMPPS Board in 2023. Rommel has spent over 20 years negotiating and delivering complex mutually beneficial partnerships with companies, governments and NGOs. He is currently Executive Director of Croda Foundation, the philanthropic arm of FTSE 100 specialty chemicals company Croda International Plc. Rommel is an independent Non-Executive Director at the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) where he chairs the Quality Committee and is a member of the People & Culture Committee. He was previously the Vice Chair of the London Night Time Commission.
