Steven is a Transformation Programme Manager at NHS England, leading work with Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and Trusts on Workforce Development, Transformation, Redesign and the Long-Term Workforce Plan. Before assuming this role, Steven was a Delivery Lead in National Workforce Planning and Intelligence team. Steven has 21 years of NHS experience, having joined the NHS on a graduate programme. He trained across 4 Trusts in London. Prior to joining NHS England, he was Head of Workforce Planning and Intelligence at Trust level and led systems improvement programmes for 15 years in some of the biggest NHS Trusts in the UK. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds certifications in PRINCE2, Agile and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
