Executive Director, Research and Analysis, Ofqual
Tom is the Executive Director, Research and Analysis. He joined Ofqual in 2024. For the previous 28 years he worked for Cambridge University Press & Assessment where since 2017 he was Director of the ARD Research Division. He is a former member of Ofqual’s Standards Advisory Group and Research Advisory Group, and a former member of the editorial board of the journal Assessment in Education: Principles, Policy & Practice.
